With certifications in personal training, kettlebell techniques, weightlifting (free weights & machines), post-partum recovery, balance & strength training for seniors, mother-daughter bonding workouts, couples’ training (make it a date!!), balance training, cardio, and nutrition counseling, Angelica is passionate about helping individuals at all levels of activity and fitness enhance their health. As the founder of Angelica’s Fitness & Nutrition Center, she’s dedicated to guiding you on your fitness journey.

Our focus is to help optimize our clients’ overall fitness and health. CARDIO TRAINING

Cardio training is any exercise that raises your heart rate. Face it, our bodies were made to move. We all know that to keep our muscles in shape, we need to move them! Stronger muscles make for a more efficient and healthy body.

WEIGHT LOSS

To lose weight, you should follow a workout plan three times a week, choosing between 30-minute or 1-hour sessions. After a free consultation, I can determine whether a 30-minute program or a 1-hour program is better suited to your goals.

ENDURANCE TRAINING

A circuit is a series of strength and/or cardio exercises that are repeated two or three times with little or no rest between sets. It is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics.
