Mindful Nutrition and exercise will result in improved body composition, physical performance, and heart condition as well as an improved health outcome. We pay close attention to our client’s exercise form, workout routine, and nutrition plan. We achieve this by measuring the body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage (BFP), and client’s age. The most important aspect is to educate my clients with nutritional guidelines. This fitness strategy offers you an experience that will change your lifestyle completely, guiding you to a better and healthier you. In short, we define personalized training as a safe, effective and efficient physical exercise service that reduces the risk of injury and maximizes positive results.

ENDURANCE TRAINING
A circuit is a series of strength and/or cardio exercises that are repeated two or three times with little or no rest between sets. It is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is defined as the completion of one round one of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
An all-strength circuit routine burns 30 percent more calories than a typical weight workout and offers more cardio benefits. A circuit that combines cardio and strength movements will melt away fat and sculpt muscle at the same time. It can also burn up to 10 calories a minute.

CARDIO TRAINING
Cardio training is any exercise that raises your heart rate. Face it our bodies were made to move. We all know that to keep our muscles in shape we need to move them. Stronger muscles make for a more efficient and healthy body. A stronger cardio-vascular system means more capillaries are delivering more oxygen to cells in your muscles. This enables your cells to burn more fat during both exercise and inactivity.

We believe that a good nutritional plan is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. We strive to coach our clients to a healthier nutritional lifestyle. We have a variety of health plans to choose from.

WEIGHT LOSS
There are a lot of benefits when it comes to maintaining a healthy weight. When losing weight we tend to have a better physical condition, but did you know that it will also cause us to use less energy to carry out our day-to-day activities?
Here we focus on all-strength circuit routines. These routines typically burn 30 percent more calories than a typical weight workout. All-strength circuit routines also offer great cardio benefits. A circuit that combines cardio and strength movements will melt fat and sculpt muscle at the same time. These routines can also burn up to 10 calories a minute.
To loss weight you need to workout a list 3 times a week , you can choose 30 or 1 hour workouts after the free consultation I can determined which program you should be a program of 30 minutes or 1 hour.
The program will be focused in lose weight and archive better health, changing habits . This program is for 3 , or 6 months .
