6 basic tips for fitness

 

My advice is always ongoing and my aim is to help you become the best you. I’ve included a couple of tips here to help you on your journey.

 

Tip #1 Eat right

Include dried fruits in your food, such as almonds and walnuts.

 

Tip #2 Time

Schedule exercise as if it were another important appointment.

Tips #3 combination.

Weight training in combination with aerobic exercise sessions has been known to produce tremendous health benefits.

Tip #4 People

Your environment should be surrounded by people with the same or similar goals.

Tip #5 People.

Drink green juice in the morning. A green juice made of kale, ginger, and pineapple is a great way to start the day. It is also an excellent diuretic and antioxidant. It can improve constipation and helps to lose weight. You can add a green apple to the green juice for both taste and health benefits.

Tip #6 Rest.

Muscles grow while you rest. You can develop a good muscular body if you get enough sleep.
